Seller and scope

STC REACTIVE LTD, located at 20 The Meads, Bricket Wood, United Kingdom, AL2 3QJ, operates stcreactive.shop. These terms apply to consumer purchases of the physical, non-living products shown in our shop. We do not sell live plants, seeds, fertilisers, pesticides or regulated plant treatments.

Product information

We describe contents, materials, dimensions and basic care in good faith. Glass, ceramic, timber, terracotta and natural stone can have minor colour, grain or surface variation. Screen colour and photographic lighting may also affect appearance. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown and charged in USD. Delivery charges are displayed in the cart and checkout before payment. An order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock, pricing, fraud, delivery or legal reasons; if payment was taken, it will be refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed through the payment option presented at checkout. Stripe processes card payments; PayPal processes payments made through a PayPal option where shown. We do not receive full card numbers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

We deliver only to countries offered at checkout. Processing and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates rather than guarantees. You are responsible for accurate recipient and address information, safe access for delivery and import charges assessed by the destination country.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day return window, condition requirements, damaged parcels and refund timing. Statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, are not limited by these terms.

Safe and appropriate use

• Inspect glass and ceramic items before use and stop using any item that is chipped, cracked or damaged.
• Place vessels, trays and risers on a stable, level surface and keep surfaces dry.
• The cotton-cord hanger requires an appropriate fixing and balanced lightweight vessel; fixing hardware is not included.
• Decorative pebbles, clips and labels are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.
• Do not use products for food, drink, medicines, candles, flames or any purpose not described on the product page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business loss arising from a consumer purchase or for loss caused by misuse, unsuitable fixing, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow product care.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, original photography, copy and layout are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping and may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its content. You must not interfere with security, submit malicious code or misuse forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights available where they live. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
